I bought the Quince Mongolian Cashmere Crewneck because I wanted a simple cashmere sweater that looked polished without being insanely expensive. After wearing it, I get why so many people talk about it. It’s soft, easy to throw on, and has that clean, classic look that makes it feel a little more elevated than a basic sweater.

What I like most is how versatile it is. It’s one of those pieces I can wear with jeans, trousers, or layered under a coat, and it always looks put together without trying too hard. It doesn’t feel overly trendy, which honestly makes me like it more. It’s just a really wearable, everyday sweater.

I also like that it feels lightweight without feeling cheap. For me, that makes it easier to style and easier to get more use out of. It works well as a casual piece, but it can also look a little dressier depending on how I wear it. That’s probably the biggest reason I think it’s worth buying.

That said, it’s not perfect. The biggest downside for me is that it’s still the kind of sweater you have to be a little mindful of. It’s not some ultra-thick, super-luxury cashmere piece, and I don’t think it feels like one. It feels more like a really good value option that gives you the look and softness you want without the price tag of higher-end cashmere.

Overall, I think Quince did a really good job with this sweater. I wouldn’t call it some magical perfect find, but I do think it’s a great option if you want an everyday cashmere sweater that looks nice, feels soft, and doesn’t cost a fortune.
